The much-criticized Timbaland (criticized by fans who claim he is 'too commercial') comes at the world with his very own solo album 'My Bio.' Reppin' VA the man who carried/carries the group Timbaland, unleashes upon us a pretty dope album.

Whether I would call this a hip hop album or a compilation mixing between hip hop and r n' b what I would call this is original. Timbaland has a style, which brings new ideas into hip-hop. His unique style of electronic, sort of techno influenced beats make most of his tracks feel like party joints, which is a good thing. This album features a whole host of artists including a shining Jay-Z on the track 'Lobster & Scrimp' plus you have emcees like Mad Skillz, Missy and more putting down appearances. There are a couple of rn'b cuts here with Aaliyah & Ginuwine doing their thing upon them, and these tracks are some of the best you'll find here.

The bad thing about this album is the similarities you'll spot and things sometimes feel repetitive but never the less, a very good solo effort!
