You should know who Tash is by now, the Alkaholiks have dropped a few nice LPs, and now Tash is blessing us with a solo LP.

If you're a regular to this site, you'll know we've had 70% of this LP under 'Exclusives' since July. Those of you that have heard all that's there, basically know what the LP is like. By that, you should be able to understand/should already know that this LP has been heavily delayed.

Anyway, the LP. Other than the tracks we've had up, the world has really only been exposed to the tracks 'Bermuda Triangle,' 'Pimpin' Aint Easy' and 'Rap Life.' 'Bermuda Triangle' circulated on the Loud Records promo, 'Brolic' and on various mixtapes, whereas 'Pimpin' Aint Easy' and 'Rap Life' got proper releases. 'Rap Life' also had a nice comedic video with Raekwon.

The LP is, on the whole, a really enjoyable set of tracks, with a few deeper tracks thrown in. You have the party joints like 'Pimpin' Aint Easy,' 'Bermuda Triangle' and the nice Lik collabo 'Only When I'm Drunker.' Plus, the extremely dope track 'Fallin' On.' It features a beat which everyone can recognize, but few can name (I am one of those who cannot name it). All these joints contain beats, which create a party mood, real dope.

You also have a nice amount of skits, a really funny Ice-T one, one with a Bill Clinton impersonator, a Game Show skit and another one or two.

The best tracks on this LP, include; 'Smokefest '99,' 'Ricochet' and 'True Homies.' These tracks have unique moods, and a certain amount of depth (I'm referring to 'True Homies' here, not 'Smokefest').

There are a couple of tracks I'm not feeling especially, they're 'G's Is G's' and 'The Game.' I just don't think that they came off too brilliantly, though I'm a Kurupt fan, I didn't feel he and Tash created a too good track with 'G's Is G's.' 'The Game' has Carl Thomas adding some nice singing, but I'm just not feeling it mixed with the beat and Tash's rhymes. All are dope alone, but collectively, I'm not feeling them.

Basically, Tash has dropped a real nice solo LP, definitely worth peeping, but, I'm still eagerly awaiting a new Alkaholiks LP.
