As another link in the Justus League chain, L.E.G.A.C.Y. picks up where Little Brother left off on his debut album Project Mayhem. With impressive, but sometimes predictable production backing him, L.E.G.A.C.Y. showcases his conceptual and lyrical talent on tracks such as "Too Long," "Pain In Life" and "Broken Heart Disease." While fulfilling, the 19-track album would have fared better with a cut down, as the album lacks variety in beats and drags towards the end. Nevertheless, Project Mayhem is another solid album that keeps the Justus League's legacy moving along.
